My Story
Jermaine serves as our executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Jermaine is responsible for the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. His career spans more than 10 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining FM Consulting group, Jermaine served as a senior commercial underwriter at Truliant Federal Credit Union where he helped business owners secure complex business loan requests, and managed a portfolio of 285MM.
Jermaine helps business owners prepare and present credit memos for loan approvals, loan recommendations, and credit reviews for the successful attainment of funding. Earlier in his career, Jermaine held senior-level positions in both investment and commercial banking companies, where he generated comparisons of borrower data to industry trends, prepared and analyzed spreads including debt service, current ratios, leverage ratios, & cash flow analysis, including preparing annual credit reviews for loans $750M or above at BB&T. Jermaine holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Winston-Salem State, Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance also from Winston-Salem State University.
