Femi is a talented and enthusiastic professional with progressive experience in regulated environments. Femi’s concentrated focus is on new business development and commercialization strategy along with optimizing business in the manufacturing plants with Right First Time Features, formulations, and response times built in. He holds specific expertise in the following: chemical methodology, development and validation, cGMP, lean manufacturing, regulatory compliance, customer knowledge, new business experience, and strong leadership and planning skills. Femi has held the positions of Analytical Chemist, Process and R&D Engineer, and a host of operations supervisory and managerial roles, most recently, Chief Operating Officer at Biozone Labs in Pittsburg, CA. 

Femi holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.
